Where we work
From Port Adriano to Port d’Andratx
Unique Mallorca is based at Port Adriano, on the marina Philippe Starck redesigned in 2012, and most of what we sell sits within a short drive of it: Bendinat, Costa d’en Blanes, Cala Vinyes, Santa Ponsa, and on to Puerto Andratx and La Mola at the coast’s western point.
We also handle property further afield — Son Vida above Palma, stone fincas inland around Marratxí — when it comes through people we know. The southwest is where we’re based; it isn’t the limit of what we do.

Unique Mallorca is owned and run by Michael Mc Mullan and Philippa Jolley — not a franchise, not a licensed brand. Every listing on this site has come through their office at Port Adriano.
That doesn’t end at completion. The same office manages rentals, holiday lets and the practical upkeep of properties for owners who aren’t on the island year-round.
