Between them, Michael and Philippa oversee every listing that reaches this site — sales, rentals and the property management that continues once a purchase completes. The office at Port Adriano is small enough that an enquiry reaches one of them directly, rather than a call centre or a regional team.
Day to day, the office is supported by a small multilingual team handling viewings, administration and marketing across English, Spanish and German.

What happens after completion
A number of owners who buy through Unique Mallorca aren’t on the island year-round. The same office manages their properties in their absence — coordinating cleaning and tradespeople, and handling long-term or holiday lettings where an owner wants the property to earn its keep.
It’s a smaller, more direct kind of relationship than a transaction with a global brand — the same two people who helped you buy are the ones you call afterwards.
